Can I continue eating and drinking everything?

With Invisalign: yes. You take the aligners out to eat, and you can do everything. With braces: most things, but we advise caution with very hard or sticky foods (hard nuts, chewy candies, hard crackers) that can loosen the brackets. You will receive a clear list at the start.
