Is the treatment painful?

You will feel nothing during the placement due to the anesthesia. In the days afterward, you may experience sensitivity, swelling, and bruising around the jaw. This is normal and will disappear within one to two weeks. Paracetamol and ibuprofen are usually sufficient.
